Food Vendor Regulations

All vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any and all licenses, permits, certifications, or approvals required by federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to sales tax permits, health department approvals, and food handling certifications (if applicable). The Wandering Maker does not verify or guarantee vendor compliance with these requirements and assumes no responsibility for any vendor’s failure to obtain or maintain proper licensing or permits. Vendors agree to hold The Wandering Maker/Muddy Paws Candle Co LLC , its officers, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, penalties, fines, or actions resulting from their failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
