The Wandering Maker October Market will feature 40+ curated vendors, and will be held on the beautiful property of Lucky Us Farm.
Vendor Qualifications
All applicants will be juried to ensure that the market is full of a wide variety of quality vendors.
We accept the following items:
Creative, handcrafted items made by you.
Carefully curated collections of unique home decor, clothing items, jewelry, accessories, etc (does not have to be handmade).
Retail packaged food items (example: hot sauce, jams, spices, etc.)
Vintage clothing, accessories and decor.
Plants
We do NOT accept Direct Sales or MLM’s.
Outdoor Vendor Booth, mowed hay field = $85
10 feet deep x 10 feet wide space
These spaces are outdoors on a grassy surface with a slight incline.
**You must bring a tent with proper tent weights or stakes.**
Vendor Booth Fee payment due by: date on your PayPal Invoice
Payments accepted via this PayPal Invoice only (no checks).
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, we will release your space to another vendor. We do not hold spaces without prompt payment.
Terms & Conditions
Payments are non-refundable for any reason. This includes inclement weather & COVID related changes & cancellations.
*Rain Date Info: If the weather or parking conditions are poor, we will move this event to our predetermined Rain Date on SUNDAY, October 20, 2024. If the event is going to be moved, the decision will be made on Friday, October 19, 2024 and everyone will be notified via EMAIL by noon that day. If we have moved the event to Sunday, October 20, 2024 and the weather or parking conditions are still poor, the event will be canceled and you will not receive a refund. Our small market planning business has lots of up-front expenses such as paying the venue, paid marketing, signage, supplies, invoice processing fees and lots of hours spent marketing and planning. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to offer a refund. No refunds will be offered to those who cannot attend on Sunday, October 20, 2024 because of a scheduling conflict, etc.
On the day of the event your booth must be completely set up by 9:00 am. Do not break down your booth before 2 pm. Breaking down prior to the end of the event may result in denial of future applications.
This event is 100% outdoors in a field. October weather can be cold and windy, so please dress accordingly.
Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs & displays. Please use a table cover that goes to the ground to keep your space looking neat and professional. Everything must fit within your designated vendor booth space.
You must properly secure your tent using tent weights or stakes on each corner. You are responsible for any damage that your tent/display causes to the Lucky Us Farm’s property or other vendor’s or customer’s property or vehicles.
Only one vendor per space - no sharing a booth space. You may not sublet your space to another vendor.
You must be present to manage your booth during published event hours.
No wifi or electricity available. Generators are not permitted. No smoking anywhere on the property.
Vendors are responsible for collecting their own PA sales tax, if applicable.
Social Media: We have created a Facebook Event for The Wandering Maker: October Market. Please DO NOT create your own separate Facebook event. This only causes confusion for customers when they are seeing two Facebook Events created for the same event, and we want to make sure that customers have the most up to date information. You are welcome to add our Facebook Event to your business page, or you may share our event on social media.
Any event hosted by The Wandering Maker will be subject to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and therefore each attendee will be required to adhere to those same regulations. The Wandering Maker reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel the event at any time due to COVID-19 concerns. All attendees of the event are attending willfully, at their own risk.
